Hi. Please can you confirm the weight of the Nissan. I'm getting 3,024 LBS and not the stated 3,026 LBS.
Thank you

Re: TORA Bathurst Ripper 1000 - General Discussion
Hello, I'm writing this to ask for some changes to be made to the 2016 Commodore V8 Supercar.
Could you please remove the Driveline and Tyre Width upgrades from it? My teammates and myself have done testing with the Falcon and Commodore, and the Commodore is blatantly overpowered, with having absurd levels of grip compared to the Falcon, I think this would promote unfair levels of pace for those who use this car. Another solution to this would be to just give all the other cars these upgrades too. If you guys could do this, that would be great!
(Also if you change it to the more recent 2017 car just to keep it updated, that would be neat, but not important hahaha).
Thank you!

It is very unlikely anything will be changed at this point. The issue is the cars have different tire widths for upgrades.
I'd be happy to pass your data to the dev team. Can you send it to me?

You said the car was fast, so the lap times from the people who tested would be most helpful.

Re: TORA Bathurst Ripper 1000 - General Discussion
All Falcon still has the Holden in regards to raw power and acceleration. All the Holden has is basically grip, it’s still slower than the Falcon on the straights by a few MPH think it’s 3,4 but the Holden makes up its time in the hill section and the Falcon can make it up on the straights and fast acceleration sector around Bathurst. The Holden is balanced you can just put more throttle down than the Falcon but the Falcon you just need to have throttle control in general with Supercars.

Just because someone can not see the time in one car compared to another doesn’t mean it’s OP it just means that you need to put more time into the car to find the tenths.

Based off of my testing, all cars are balanced. I don’t see a problem, it’s just driver preference.

Re: TORA Bathurst Ripper 1000 - General Discussion
In fairness these cars are objectively hard to balance / tune / drive. If you figure one out, it almost certainly will appear faster until you nail the others.
I personally struggled the most in the Nissan because it's so jumpy, but I figured it out after about 2 hours of tinkering.

Re: TORA Bathurst Ripper 1000 - General Discussion
From what I tested, the Holden isn't OP but it definitely is faster than any other car, and more importantly so much easier to drive. It's about 3 tenths separating on 1 lap, but on 2 hours, that is probably end up being more due to its relative easy drive.

Will we be needing a spotter guide for this event?

There will be no spotter guide for this event, however if you post a pic of your car I will try to incorporate it into the broadcast.

Where should I post the livery if I choose to put it into a spotter guide?

Why did the stint start procedure change? The race is now too long, per rules it will now be 164 laps as opposed to the official 161.

The change was needed to make the live timing doc work.
Re: TORA Bathurst Ripper 1000 - General Discussion
So do we have a standing Start for all 4 Stints or just the first and Stints 2-4 with a rolling Start? Just want to make sure I don't mess that up

All stints are the same procedure. Standing start after a 4 minute out lap / waiting period.
You go from the grid slots at 4 min.
