The Coca Cola Formula One Championship?

Just a rumour though. Do you think F1 would benefit from becoming a sponsored championship, similar to Hi-Q BTCC? especially if teams jump ship along with many well known drivers?

I don't think it would hurt them.

NASCAR's top series have been sponsored for ages! the top-most recently switching from 'Winston' cigarettes to Nextel/Sprint. Before the Sub-series got sponsored by BUSCH beer, it was just called the 'Grand National' series if im not mistaken. i dont think a major sponsor covering the entire series is a bad thing really

Everything these days are sponsored so I don't think many will notice a difference or even care.

Hopefully its a bit easier to say for the commentators than back in the good ol' days of CART/Champcar: ''The Champcar World Seires Powered by Cosworth Presented by Bridgestone''

Coke's corporate headquarters is based in Atlanta, so hopefully they'd sponsor an F1 race at Road Atlanta...

Monaco is a short lap as well, I think the main problem would be the elevation changes involved.

And its a common misconception that F1 cars cant do Elevation! Its just the fact that the FIA think its unsafe, which is blatantly untrue...

I dont want F1 near ANY of the worlds good tracks, it will ruin them all!

The return loop back to the old main straight is meant to be steeper than even Eau Rouge!

yeah, they would need massive renovations to the track and the track facilities to even think about running an F1 show there...

but the coca cola company and don panoz arent exactly hurting for money...
