TEC R2 12 Hour Revival of Sebring - Registration & Entry List

To enter this race, drivers must register as a Team. Team Entries will consist of a minimum of 2 drivers and a maximum of 5 drivers.
ENTRIES SUBMITTED BEFORE REGISTRATION OPENS WILL BE IGNORED

Please fill out the Registration Form below to enter the race. If you need to make an adjustment to your entry, please make a new post or quote your old one making sure to highlight changes in bold. Edited posts will go unnoticed, and TORA staff are not responsible for edited posts.

If you wish to continue in the TEC Championship from Daytona you must enter the same class level with the same team name and number as was used at Daytona (please note that the driver line up does NOT have to be the same)

Team names must be alphanumeric only (abc123 etc.). The only punctuation permitted is . , - _ + @ & : ; /

By registering, you are confirming that you have read the Rules and Regulations and agree to follow them.

Car Numbers:
Numbers that begin with 0 (I.E. 013) are not permitted.
Car numbers 1, 2, and 3 are reserved for the 2018 TEC LMP1 podium:
1. Gander Audi Sport
2. SFM Vermillion (Swordfish Motorsport)
3. The Usual Suspects Racing

Car numbers 51, 52, and 53 are reserved for the 2018 TEC GTE podium:
51. Mixed Match From Hell
52. SVR Purple (Solar Vision Racing)
53. EVR Motorsport GT A

Car numbers from teams that raced at the Daytona 24 are taken as well.  If you are a team that raced at Daytona, in order to keep your number and TEC points, you will need to register with the exact same name and number that you used at Daytona.

All other numbers 4-50/54-999 are open.

Registration Requirements:

1. There will only be space for 120 teams (50 AP / 70 GT).
   
2. Teams will be limited to no more than 2 of the same chassis per team.
   
3. Teams will only be allowed to put 2 entries in one forum post to sign-up. Posts with more than 2 entries will be disregarded.
   
4. There will be a reserve list per class that may enter the race if an entry drops out. To qualify for the reserve list, the entry must also comply with all requirements. Whichever car comes available for a reserve entry is the car the reserve entry must use.
   
5. Returning teams must race in the same class bracket as what the team has ran in previous TEC rounds.  I.E. a team that raced in P at the D24 must race in AP at the S12, GT4 at homestead, etc.
   

Participants should note that car caps are in place for this event. AP shall be limited to 25 entries per model. GT shall be limited to 10 entries per model.

In order to secure an entry, the entry must have the following:

1. The minimum number of drivers must be signed up.
   
2. The minimum amount of drivers signed up must have a valid ORM Account
   
3. The racing number selected must be available.
   
4. A car must be selected and has not reached its limit.

Just to add a quick update from me regarding how the process for this will go

Right now endurance wise, ORM is only far along enough for handling the users and creating series,

Tonight I plan on working on getting the team registrations pages completed, not quite sure yet if I'll be able to do all of this in time for the registrations opening tomorrow, but I should be able to spend about 10 hours or so coding between tonight and tomorrow afternoon so hopefully I'll get it done by then.

Worst case scenario is that this won't be ready in time, but hopefully before the end of the weekend I'll have it in place and can import any teams that've registered on here.

When it comes to signing up for quali sessions and choosing stints, that again will have to revert back to google forms because getting all that done too will take a lot more work that a single weekend to write for ORM.
