2023 TORA Endurance Championship - Livery & Decal Rules

After recieving both public and private feedback about the livery rules, we have made the following amendments for Watkins Glen, and these will be in the proper Livery Regulations slides in the future.

For Group Experimental:
"The TORA logo must be present on the nose of the car, clearly legible from the lowest camera position in the Forzavista Photo Mode, and aligned to the center line. Variations of the logo colour are permitted as outlined in the TORA logo guidelines."

For all cars:
The numbers no longer have a maximum size, but the Number Clear Space and Number Board Shape guidelines must still be followed in full.
