Description by PHOENLX 8: Multiple unsafe rejoins by Eagle. 1st one they overshoot the pit entry & then proceed to drive straight in front of me & then stop. Incident 2 Eagle loops the car under braking & then drives straight back across the track, I hit the brakes but it's too late & causes 100% damage to my car.



Stewards Decision: WorthelessEagle3 will be assessed a 15k penalty for an unsafe rejoin leading to a collision with another driver resulting in significant damage. It is the responsibility of the off track driver to make sure the track is clear before rejoining, even if it means waiting and possibly losing a position or two.

Stewards Decision: AhmadGalalYT will be assessed a 5k penalty for failure to control his car. He was involved in an off track incident in the corner immediately prior to this incident where he sustained major damage to the rear of the car, resulting in a lack of control. We were able to view another replay from him as well as a screenshot which verifies his steering input was not aimed and Tavo. He also ultimately waits and lets Tavo by, which he should have done before knowing that he had a serious car control problem. We do not believe this was intentional or a "revenge" incident.

Description by RMR Dizzzy: In the minutes prior to end-of-stint, the gap between PIzzaboy and Ryo would rubberband from 500-600ft on the straights, to around 200ft in the corners (can be verified from Pizza’s full stream here, from 4h25min onwards https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1878782347 )

In the last few seconds of the stint, as per the submitted twitch clip, the cars left Mulsanne Corner, and the gap from Pizzaboy to Ryo was over 500ft. Once the clock hit 20mins, Pizza braked immediately, but Ryo seemed to brake way later, bringing the final gap down to only 22ft, which seems disingenuous based on the gap that was being maintained in the final minutes of the stint.

Stewards Decision: PTG Johnny was named in four separate SI's for three different stints, almost entirely for violating track limits. The evidence is quite clear and irrefutable that he showed a blatant and willful disregard for track limits despite it being posted beforehand what the expectations for this event were. The number of violations were excessive. This behavior shows a blatant lack of respect for all the other drivers in the event who raced by the rules set out. As a result, due to the number of violations, PTG Johnny has been disqualified from the event in it's entirety, and all his distances will be removed. This is cumulative from all four SI's. In addition, the stewards team asked for a staff review with a recommendation for a suspension. That decision is noted below.


Head Steward note: After reviewing the situation involving PTG Johnny staff agrees with the stewarding team that this behavior is completely unacceptable here at TORA. Disregarding any of the rules and regulations that dictate the expected behavior of our competitors is not only disrespectful to your fellow competitors but also to the league itself. This will not be tolerated from  anyone who races here. Therefore, PTG Johnny has been suspended from TORA for 3 months.

Description by Freheliaz: The team swapped in the driver SM S133PY 58 minutes after the stint was supposed to start. Due to delays we hadn't started at that point. The original driver for that stint was not in the lobby. Had we not been delayed that much their car wouldn't have started.



Stewards Decision: No further action. The swap was not in violation of the rules. The lobby was late getting started so the comment that if they had been on time the driver would not have been able to start is irrelevant. The lobby was significantly late so the driver was able to start.

Description by RMR Pizzaboy: We were informed to stop the car straight away when the time(20:00) hits, so i did but the car that were chasing seem like he didn't stop as soon as it h 20:00 min and resulting to close the gap on me while i was stopped. I was informed that from one of my teammate during stint 1 lobby c, one of their teammates were also did something similar to what i have sent you.

You can see I beat him by 3k on put cycle yet after my final stop he's ahead still and doesn't pit indicating he missed a stop
