Frank Garder RIP Empty Frank Garder RIP

Post by nickyf1 Sat 29 Aug 2009 - 19:06

Frank Gardner has died at the age of 78, after suffering from a long illness. At this moment he is the only non British driver to win the BTCC three times, he was also a champion in Australia and enjoyed success at Bathurst.

I honestly dont know enough about him to comment, but I found this amazing footage of him at the wheel of a Chevy Camaro around Oulton in 1973. From this, I can say, he was an immensley tallented driver.
