Yes, another bike thread from me I'm afraid guys. I was trawling ebay tonight, and saw the following for £620 with 45 minutes left. I put a bid of up to £750 and snagged it for £700. It's only just up the road from me, so am picking it up tomorrow.

Gear driven DOHC 16v

Re: My new bike
LOL! As soon as I get my test out of the way, I'll be arranging a trip to go around the TT circuit, I think it would be fun, even if I just cruised round
Also I'm in the process of resizing the photo's to 640 X 480 instead of massive X huge

Speedo cable was shot, was seized solid in its casing XD £10 for a new cable and it should be ok the plugs for this are £5.73 EACH! so ended up spending £22.92 on plugs!

Re: My new bike
Nice bike Sam, I have always liked the Baby Blade
I used to have an NC30 and was lucky enough to go to the IOM on it a few years ago for the TT and it was a hoot riding it around the.
400s are great tools to hone your skills on and I wish I still had my little VFR. When i can get it on the road, I now ride a '00 ZX6R (hence the Ninja in my GT!)

Re: My new bike
Awesome, in all fairness I wasn't looking for the CBR, but was insistant the bike I got would be a 400 because it would be closer to 33bhp I looked at vfr's, gsxr's and fzr's.
Got some news I brought the bike inside lol It spent a few nights being cleaned and then my mum got annoyed I also passed my theory test on wednesday, so am 1/3 of the way to getting my licence pics soon

I forgot all about this thread, I've sorted my test, I just have to do the module 2 and then this will be on the road I passed module 1 first time with one minor I've got a set of spare panels on the way, I was going to respray the bike in luminous yellow in true SBR style but have decided on something a little less lairy. Got a few pics, will leave you guys to guess what I'm going to be doing
