NASCAR 'One-Off' Race - Dont Bother

as some may have seen sunday morning while messing around with the E30 with nicky, moobs, and others, i threw together a Dodge Charger SRT8 and was thinking about a short nascar series, if not, a single race to say farewell to FM2 with the guys here at TORA. i first had thoughts about using the Charger SRT8, and the CTS-V as they are both sedans and rather heavy even with a race weight reduction, but that Caddy runs circles around the Charger with the same type of build (including P.I.). So i was thinking on JUST using the Charger for this.

here is the track i have thought about using:
Motegi SuperSpeedway (larger version of Darlington) @ 75 Laps = 113 miles

i wana hear if you guys wana run a 'one-ff' NASCAR style race. i would like to shoot for either Saturday or Sunday. 3pm EST might be the best bet. Also, if you guys want, i can post the Build of the said DODGE CHARGER SRT8, and to give it a NASCAR touch, i have tuning restrictions in place. (btw to those who tried the charger out with me sunday b4 the lms finale, the charger now has more power)

Cars Eligible:
Dodge Charger SRT8
Cadillac CTS-V

Dodge Charger SRT8 Build:
- Mopar 540 Hemi engine Swap
- Race Engine Block
- Sport Intake
this brings the Charger SRT8 to exactly 700hp with 695 torque
----Charger SRT8 will use Stock Rim Size

Cadillac CTS-V Build:
- LS7 Engine Swap
- Race Intake, Exhaust, Ignition, Fuel System, Cams-Valves & Engine Block
that brings the CTS-V to 699hp
----CTS-V will use one rim size up from Stock. 19"

- All RACE platform & Handling upgrades
(The CTS-V will run with STOCK Clutch, Flywheel & Driveline)
- Goodyear RACE Compound tires, Max width, and American Racing Salt Flat wheels
- FM2 Front Splitter & Rear Wing, & NO FM2 rear bumper
These Builds bring the car(s) to an S-976

Tuning Restrictions (For Motegi):
Final Drive = 3.30 (enforced, cannot be changed)
5th & 6th Gear DO NOT EXIST (tune them out so they are un-useable)
Front splitter Downforce is locked in at 95lbs
Rear Wing DownForce minimum is Default (100lbs)
Ride height is at Minimum only (for Cadillac CTS-V rear ride height, add 2 clicks to the slider)
Caster must stay at default 5.0 degrees

I meant to respond to this alot earlier, but I got caught up and forgot.
I'd love to do it if its on the weekend, considering I cant do anything during the week anymore.
Only thing is just wondering if the paint restrictions would be strictly NASCAR reps. I recently got an old Mopar Performance catalog from the 70's and see alot of cool paints there.
Either way, Im still definately an IN as long as its on the weekend cause I love NASCAR races.

cannot wait to see it Nicky! And Avenger, whatever livery you want to create will be fine. it doesnt have to be restricted to NASCAR liveries alone. I'll be using an old 'Petty Blue' Richard Petty livery back from the days of the Charger Daytona's

I've updated the list of Tuning Restrictions, and im surprised i remembered the Car Build exactly. i guess my memory is better than i give myself credit for.

During work today, i have figured out a way we could qualify for this one-off race to give it an even more NASCAR feel
- 3 Laps to Qualify (lobby will be set to 4 Laps, with collisions OFF, so no1 can benefit from the draft)
-- 1st lap is the warm-up lap
-- 2nd & 3rd lap is your chance to run a fast lap
-- 4th lap = we all gather between the entrance of pit-road and the Start/Finish line to gather times.

Aww, unfortunately I can't do it on this Saturday. The Saturday of all Saturdays, I decided to spend it teaching little 'uns the proper cycling techniques. Saturday Ill be gone from 7 A to 9 P putting everything to the test. If we could do it on Sunday at like 3 (or normal LMS time).....
I still havent put the car together and will try to have it done tomorrow evening and hopefully start adding the paint if I could make the Mopar logo I need. The paint is picked out, just need to do it.
But, don't wait on me if its not convenient. I don't wanna be the jerk whining about stuff.

and id like to get a general consensus on wether to run it on Saturday or Sunday... (same LMS/GTC time slot - 3pm EST/8pm UK) I can run it on either day, but cannot set it up during the week. i dotn get home til 7pm est cuz of O.T. and the gym.
