Is it not the duty of the stewards to disclose why people are under investigation, and ask any parties involved for their points of view, and give those parties a chance to respond to any accusations in order to make a fair and informed decision?

Not necessarily, if needed, the Stewarding team will contact the involved parties, after they have reviewed the situation.

However it is the duty of the stewards to keep people from cat fighting on our forums! Very Happy

We take all SI requests seriously, however many will be dismissed after consideration.

well, for the sake of it ill give the people this, if this is the incident. I can clearly see how from crisis's perspective this could be seen as a breaktest, and I apologise to crisisnine for the incident. I have never, nor have the feeling of breaktesting anybody. I am known to race as clean and close as i can. You yourself have had a race with me AJ at sebring, which still remains one of the most fun races I have had at TORA.

But anyways, the incident ladies (where?) and gentlemen (again, where?!)...

It looks like you could have lifted instead of braked but i wasnt racing so i dont know i wasnt there.
