LMS - Round 2 - Suzuka - 28 Feb 2010

I was having quite a good race, Me and Dan were bumper to bumper pretty much the whole time. I was happy to stay behind him, so i never really attempted an overtake. We were basically running the same times so there was no reason to be infront.

After Dan and Switch had lagged out it soon went to a very boring race for me, there wasn't another car in sight.

UNTIL...

Aero spun on the first corner, i think it was 2 laps from the end
Anyway it made for interesting end, The GTR would speed off into the distance through the corners but down the straights i was homing in. We eventually crossed the line with about a seconds between us? I think less.

The race for me was ok

I got pass XTI Nightrider early on then Ianmr made his way past up to second while AJ was in first, I was running very close with tceriale he was running wide on grass when pulling away and just as I get close I run onto the grass then at lap 14 I done an early pit stop (Loo break) with tceriale about 600 ft in front. then i just got my head down doing the miles while everyone else started doing there pit stops. tceriale finally come in and just as he strated coming out the pit box I pass him so success up into third. as the race unfolds Ianmr (now in first) and aj start getting near tceriale to lap him Ianmr gets by with no problems and starts homing in on me, aj tried an overtake without calling it and got cut up by tceriale keeping him behind for another lap. just as the hour mark hit my petrol light comes on! not wanting to be lapped I push on and the time keeps ticking, 1hr 8 mins Ianmr laps me now just aim for the finish, petrol line is near on empty now. just as timer gets to 1hr 10mins AJ is right behind me and the car runs out of petrol just at the last few corners, I have to pit as we still have one lap to go (and not knowing how the car does when it says empty) so while in the pits tceriale drives by to take third place away from me. So no podium this week for chucky.

But other then that great racce, shame about nightrider

I got lapped on around 1 hour 10 by Rogue which made me cry i was so close great fun that race was though!

I crossed the line at like 1 hr 12.2 grrrrrr only if we hadn't had a safty car wud have been 4th with the extra lap lol meh lol good race tho enjoyed it no the less

Anyone from Racelegends lobby save the replay from Suzuka round two race?

i had a feeling chucky had pitted too early and i was correct. had you waited another 3-4 laps you would have only needed the one stop

Just one more lap would have done it as I ran out with one lap to go

Yeh...my girlfriend decided to pop in and grab something out of the loft (which is walk-in) and then proceeded to shut her finger in the door afterwards. Kinda threw me a bit and put me under way more pressure than necessary at the end of the race!! (She's fine by the way!)


Did anyone else put their lobby's replay on their storefront? I'd like to watch them through and grab a few pics please.

shame i couldn't race, I think I would have done pretty well

Yeh, I would really like to see replays up from each lobby from at least SOMEONE. I put the replays for every race I attend on my storefront. It's not difficult to do, and if anyone searches for "TORA" they can find them clearly labelled, and they're a great advert to potential new members.

Pretty sure mine are up, but I shall check, maybe I am thinking TCM.
