Cisse has been my bargain buy, 1000 coins and hes scored 25 goals in 6 games for me.

Anyone who gets Darren Bent or Jermain Defoe please let me know cos Im desperate for these two cheers

Damn your team is good, i seem to spend more coins than i gain just by renewing contracts.

Yeah use microsoft points if you can ha. Ive been playing it since it came out but I spend most of my time looking for players in a certain formation. Like all my players except for Dzeko are 4-4-2 formation and apart for him and Cisse everyone else is from the premier league which boosts chemistry therefore better results. Also just scout for bargains and you will come good, I think my biggest buy has been Valencia at 6,000 coins.

Yeah im aiming to get mostly English players if not all English. 6k for Valencia, damn. Most i have spent on a player was my bargain buy Cole at 600 coins. lol

Will they be selling these packs for Microsoft points in the future? I have a fair amount of points left and don't mind saving them. I never played UT on 09, so i have no idea if they sold them for M points before.

Ano pretty hefty but I needed a player with pace and who could cross a ball and hes got them both so. Whey atm they have been took off cos there was a glitch with them so when they fix that they should be back on. 500 points gets you about 5 gold packs so it aint bad. No point buying premium packs in my opinion your lucky if you get a player never mind a rare one lol so just stick to gold packs

I suppose players aren't everything. I've played a few 4 1/2 star and 5 star teams and i have still won (My team was 2 1/2 stars, now 3 i think.). Carlton Cole and Boakye are scoring the goals, Boakye has 11 in 5 games and Cole has 22 in 16. My 3rd striker is on 43 in 22, but he rarely gets a game now.

Yeah the chemisty is messed up so it dusnt really matter atm but it will do once it gets fixed, and Moobs, c'mon if we are going a have a chance of winnign fat chance we are going to have any Wigan players in our teams

Only player i would consider from Wigan is Rodallega (sp?).

Since i got UT i havn't played any other game, very addicting.

Hang on a moment, are people having a fking laugh? The cheapest i have seen Beckford for is 37k, im not paying that much for Leeds scum.

Iv'e also updated the first post with my most recent players list and their ratings. My team is slowly getting better.

It will be because he is a rare bronze or silver so people will pay huge amounts of money for him for the tournaments. Its like Armand Troare from Arsenal is the rarest silver card so people are paying over 100,000 coins for him its stupid tbh. And oh nice to see you've got Micheal Turner in your team as well pitty he aint higher rated then what he is same with Lorik Cana.

Got Gallas in a gold pack today, though alot of my contracts are running low. So i may sell him.

Edit: Sold Gallas on the Auction House, at the moment i have a bronze player as cover (Clavero), helps with the Chemistry as i already have 3 spanish midfielders...i currently have my eye's on David Silva.

I don't have much luck, Santa Cruz, Cole and Hoarau got injured in the same game. I thought when they got a little knock they weren't injured, well in every other game mode thats what happens. Guberti and Jurado are also injured.

Few updates to my original post, finally got Darren Bent at a reasonable price but gutted his formation ain't 4-4-2 . Also bought Adam Johnson, I just simply had to after the jammy git scored a screamer against us on Sunday. Sold Eduardo for 2,000 coins aswell as Matt Taylor and Seb Larsson for 2,000 and 1,300 coins.

Still looking for Jermain Defoe willing to swap Cabanas who has got 40 goals in 20 odd appearences for me

You basically just create your own team, kits, badges, players, managers, the whole lot. But players cost money, you earn money by competing in tournaments and playing games. You can buy packs (Bronze, Silver and Gold) which contain 12 cards, some are rare, it's completely random. It is so worth it, i got bored of Fifa 10 but now it's the only game i play.
