well, guess we know what corvette is going to be working on for the next couple weeks.

For those not watching, what happened?

2 corvettes had a BIG crash in the pits.

1 corvette got released, and right when he got released, the 2nd corvette was coming into pit and smashed right into the one that was just released.

Why do their lights flicker when in pits? Sorry, just got SPEED channel and my first time watching this type of racing.

which lights?

their headlights? to let people know they are coming to pits and the car is in pits.

the lights on the side? to make sure they work because they use those for position.

Whats happened? We were drifiting so we have no idea whats going on with the current caution. They seem very concerned about the Lizards?

Yes I meant headlights. I saw each car flash em a few times. Thanks for response, and such a computeristic sport.

That was a bit piss poor from the ALMS officials, screwed up what was looking a good battle in GT2. Shame the Vettes got in a bit of a mess earlier as they where looking like posing a challenge up top.

Richy - The Falken Porsche lost a wheel which struck Jorg Bergmeisters #45 Lizard, then as he went into the pits a full course caution was called, pit lane closed = no one can work on the car. It'd have been better for the lizards to work on the car, and then take the penalty afterwards

tire came off the falken, hit the flying lizard.

As far as im aware the headlights flickering is to show that the pit lane speed limiter is engaged

Ah right ok, thats a bit gay isn't it? They knew teh car was damged becaus eof anotehr car so why didn't they just let them work on it?

The question is why did they call a full course caution in the first place and then to keep it for so many laps was stupid. Its screwed the Flying Lizards race and not done much for the competition in GT2

Been watching this, and probably will until 2am, rooting for a decent finish from Wurz and Davidson both good lads.
