Cannot wait! It is a great shame to loose Enna-Pergusa, certainly one of the nuttiest tracks in Europe.

I was sad to hear it too nicky, a circuit like that would make for great racing. I wish the organizers would send some FIA sanctioned gt my way but i doubt it. I mean, tracks like infineon, watkins glen, heck even the daytona road course certainly have the facillities for an international GT race

Well, mostly because its a European series, but I get what ya mean

I mean just a GT series in general, apart from the world series (which isnt that good tbh) and the Grand Am Continental tire series (wich is more touring cars but its great fun anyway) america doesnt have a major dedicated gt series. I mean, you get your gt fix with grand am (LOVE!) and ALMS, but i want a full on GT series in america with manufacturer involvement, not just privateers

World Challenge? Some very nice cars in that (Nissan GTR vs Volvo's and stuff )

yeah like the cars but it just seems very disorganized for my tastes, maybe im prejudiced, i couldnt stand the speed world challenge, couldnt put my finger on why though

Speed world challenge is like Minor league baseball, where FIA sanctioned events is like Major Leagues

SWC is alot of fun to watch, but dosent really get many big names in the cars.
I bet that a FIA GT weekend at road atlanta would attract a hell of a lot of people.

or if they want exposure, they would put on the same weekend as sebring or Petit, if they want lot of exposure, they would go on a NASCAR weekend
