MINI Meeting 10 Discussion Thread – Nurburgring

This Tuesday is Meeting 10, Rounds 28, 29 & 30 at Nurburgring starting at 2000BST

Race Format
Race 1 – Nurburgring GP Circuit - grid ordered by qualifying time.
Race 2 – Nurburgring GP Circuit - grid ordered by the results of the last race but with a random lobby order.
Race 3 – Nordschleife 2 Laps - lobby order will be restored and the grid ordered by the results of the last race.

Don’t forget to sign in at TORA Race Control for this event.

At the last meeting we saw WWR Chillz topping the tables, will he do the same this time? Let’s look at the top 3 finishes of the last event

Race 1 Winner – WWR Chillz
Race 2 Winner – WWR Chillz
Race 3 Winner – SABR Sinister

Now let’s look at the tables and see who’s where.

Drivers Championship
1st – WWR Chillz - 1105 Net Points Champion
2nd – WWR Aero - 914 Net Points
3rd – AJzero - 850 Net Points
4th – SelectiveRogue - 838 Net Points
5th – ColinMcRae555 - 824 Net Points

Teams Championship
1st – Pizza Capers Aero Dynamics - 2233 Points
2nd – Scuderia MARTINI - 1911 Points
3rd – Birmingham MINI GRD - 1715 Points
4th – GPR TM Motorsports - 1628 Points
5th – Rizla M&M Racing - 1198 Points

It’s the final meeting for the minis and a warm up to the TCMs next week. Aero Dynamics have taken the teams championship and WWR Chillz taking the drivers championship so well done to Chillz, Aero and Sinister. Also well done to everyone who has taken part.

Unfortunately it looks as though real life is conspiring to prevent me attending the last round which is a great shame, breaking my 100% attendence record on what is likely to be a hilarious night.

Also, as long as AJ turns up for all three races it'll hand him 2nd in the championship too! Sad

I might not be able to attend either. I have baby classes to go to!!! Should be finished at 8pm, so I will be home for 8.05pm and will probably be able to race, but miss qually. Do I still need to sign in or do I just show up?

I've signed up, and suggest you do too, just make sure AJ is aware you will be late.

I expect I will miss qually too, and possibly race 1, but seems I'll only be tied up til about 19:30ish with a half hour drive to get home.

Cant wait for 2 laps round the Nordschleife, all I say is watch out for the big curbs halfway round before the back straight lol

Sorry guys. I didn't make it tonight. Needed to spend some time with my wife. Hope it all went well. Looking forward to seeing the results. See you all next Tuesday in the TCM finale!!!

woo hoo, 3rd, 4th and 8th.

good race 3 with brit and gary untill I got rolled on by brit what caused me to roll, then on my own rolled a few corners later. doing 101 across the line was not a good sight to see

its always seems to be the last race of the sreies which is the best TRC and now the mini's.Tonight was great fun
