In Nissan, I seem to have excelent times in first section of circuit right unitil back straight where 370 just losses to much time, still will confirm times later 2mw Smile

Same for the Jag - it's going to ge a case of muscling past in the esses and then driving a very wide car down the straight!! Shame it's so much easier to pass on the straights! Sad

I'm losing stupid amounts of time with the 5%, I only ran a few laps and was running 57's - 58's...I quit and haven't bothered trying since.

And this is one of my fastest tracks, the balancing is supposed to make it closer not completely right me off. Sad

It can't be that bad - it's only 5% and power isn't everything!

If you're running the 465hp I suspect you are, that leaves you at 441.75hp at 0.36hp/kg with the 5% handicap.

The Lotus (which is apparently the fastest car in class according to some) starts at 400hp at 0.33hp/kg and has a 5% handicap as standard on top of that (10% here due to finishing position at Tsukuba) - that's 360hp at 0.29hp/kg!

The Jaguar is 550hp at 0.44hp/kg but that didn't really help it in the first two rounds did it, and I doubt you're chomping at the bit to switch to the Jag either!?

It's worse than you think on the straights, I didn't even have a handicap last race and Champions Lotus in a straight line left me for dead and that's with a handicap. Now I've got one and I'm worried I'm going to be swallowed up on the straights.

Oh and btw, power to weight ratio means near to nothing on Forza. I've got many leaderboard cars with less than others but are alot quicker.

I can run 54's here in S Class...and thats in a R8 LMS. So really, an R3 one for this should be flippin crazy fast here.

On the timing board it says a 53.9 but I don't know when that was posted, before or after the additional 5%...

The Lotus can get 630hp and has the highest acceleration rating of any car. T10 also screwed it up, with a centrifugal supercharger it's peak power is above the redline. So when your car is losing hp and acceleration this thing is gaining it. All you have to do is gear your transmission to stay in the high rpm's and nothing has a chance.

HP/weight does matter when all your horsepower is usable. Most cars, especially turbocharged one's have a huge drop off in power at the end of the power band. This one doesn't drop off it just gets stronger
