Yeah it does. The clubsports also come brass bushings as well so you won't need the tuning kit for anything except springs (useless). I didn't even get the plates because I'm hard mounting mine not clamping it.

Hey guys, my birthday is coming up and I plan on buying a game to keep me entertained until all the great games come out this holiday season. I'm either getting F1 2010 or SHIFT 2. I've played both and really like them, but I'm not sure which one to get... A little help here guys please?

You should be able to pick up F1 2010 for a relatively cheap price since 2011 comes out in September.

EDIT: On gamestop.com it's $34.99 used, and $39.99 new.
