EZT Stockhatch Series 1 - Race 3: Suzuka Circuit West

Yeah it happens, only my fault smashing the inside wall like an idiot. Had trouble braking into turn one the whole race. Just ask Neverwinter

Well I am reporting Lobby 2 results, a bit strange for me. Had fun being last, but if I had not hit the wall straight on in lab 2 maybe I would have been closer. Had a personal best lap of 26.3xxx.
Shooter left the race on Lap 3, and DMR Switch left the race on lap 14.

Me and Cinema had a great battle for 7:th through the whole race. We would probably have caught up with the group of Diablo, Redneck and Grimm, but we kept battleing and making mistakes allowing the other one to pass. But the whole battle was great!

Eventhough the race was fun, right now I´m happy I´m running as a privateer cause my drive today would probably not have been accepted in a team

Truly a great race @ Suzuka,myself and Diablo were pretty much bumper to bumper for i'd say 2/3 of the race before Redneck slipped back and made it a threeway dice.Could and probably should have had a better result but i blew my start and then a few costly mistakes meant Diablo and Redneck stayed in front.

Nearly took Redneck on final turn of the final lap when he got a slide on,but i couldn't capitalise and only managed to tag the back end of Rednecks car,my bad so i backed off and settled for sixth.If anyone had said to me i would finish this race sixth in lobby 1 i would probably have asked them for some of whatever they were smokin.

In all a very enjoyable race,Congrats Slim,driving like an absolute beast tonight.As for there being 4 VVV in lobby 1 just reinforces our intentions of making a real fight for the team and Privateer championships.Great job guys

Slim led from the start and never looked back, dominating performance! Great racing for sure, got by Grimm at the start. Was able to pull away from Diablo and Grimm early laps, but they both caught me up towards the end...I was sweating by the end of this race, Diablo got by me and Grimm was putting on the pressure on the final lap. We had a little contact as Grimm dove to the inside of the last corner, I managed to hold on to 5th. Great racing guys!!
VVV definately has the Aveo figured out...I sure would like to get that build and tune...

That's what Bearcat and I both said last night. I would have liked Fujimi though. Probably the only one

Perhaps after the series is over (or during, I suppose), a number of us could get together and run Fujimi or that other one (I cannot think of it's name--not Camino) as a test.

Yeah lobby 1 was fun. Redneck, Grimm was behind you for a few laps lol, he was behind me the whole time before that. I have no idea how I kept him behind me. It was really tough to gain time or make passes, it really came down to someone making a mistake and capitalizing.

Redneck was about 550 feet in front of me at the end of lap 4-5, so i focused in, ran solid 25.8-26.0's for a few laps, got close, made a mistake, closed in again, capitalized on his mistake into turn 2 (that turn is awful btw, I missed that like 8 times!) Then finally after having Grimm behind me for such a long time, I could pull away as he and Redneck battled. Ran a 25.5 on my last lap, a lot faster than I had all night.

I look forward to a different track, good job to Redneck, run positions 4 and 5, good stuff for the team, though VVV over shadowed that with 4 members in the lobby... lol.

Sorry I missed it. ended up running late, and getting home about 20 mins after it started.

I was looking at an easy room 2 win until i flipped in the last corner of the track. I came out of the grass and the hit the apex coming out with my inside tire. I spent the next 15 laps catching up to Jesussamuel. I couldnt pass him. Just one more lap and I would have had 4th. Check the race time between us.

Guys, will have everything up tonight. I have put in 24 hours in the last two days. Was tired last night. Sorry.

i am sorry i had to leave on lap 2-3 my son woke up and i was the only one here to do something about it, i will be racing in full form next week !
