2011 GT1 WC General Discussion

Yes, numbers are low, and no we probably will not be moving it from Shift 2. The numbers were just as low for the GT1 series for Forza 3. Maybe it's something to do with a Tuesday night, maybe not. And no, it does not take much effort to unlock the GT1 cars, it's just the Nissan that you have to unlock afetr winning the championship. The rest are there once you reach level 20 (which took me less than an hour) and have enough money.

As for the entry list I did miss that date and meant to make it later, but I have also been at work for the last 10 days and we are in the middle of a shut down, which mean I barely get a chance to come on the internet to check emails let alone spend time on here. I am extremely busy, so linking up doucments and sorting the sections on here can't be done by me at the moment.

For now I will push the date back, but so far we are looking at less than 1 lobby, which is pretty dissapointing. I haven't been able advertised our series outside of TORA as of yet though, so maybe when I get a chance (or if anybody else feels like pitching in) then we may get an increase in numbers.

IMO once the patch is out, and if it remedies most of the issues with game play and feel, the entries will pick up. fingers crossed. Should be out end of this month / beginning of May.

Woohoo! Finally got my hands on the YD AMR! After having to 'make do' with the Mad Croc 'Vette and Reiter Lambo

After looking through every series you guys do here this one is the only one that I could actually join due to all the others conflicting with something else I am committed to.

The only problem is I don't have this game and probably won't be getting it any time soon due to lack of money. I'll still keep checking back often to see what's going on here though, will try to join you guys when I get the chance.

I want to enter this one. More specifically, the Shift 2 version.

I've sent my entry off, unfortunately can't make the first round though due to work, team mate(s) wanted!

YD AMR will have one of the Astons in Dubai but will be at full fighting strength for Round 2. Really looking forward to it

Well that was brilliant fun. These cars are so close that even the mighty Magictap was feeling the pressure at some points Some major collisions due to the game mechanics, but I think its safe to say that it was some of the best racing we have had online. Cheers guys.

Heh heh heh thanks Magic, I had to work hard to unlock that car so I was putting it to good use. Once I tuned it a bit before the feature it was such a nice car to drive. Pity its so slow in the straights lol
