I've found this the other day and thought it would be really cool to share with you all.
For those who haven't seen this, it's a BBC 4 Documentary on the life of double world champion Jim Clark. Having watched this a couple of times already, it's probably the most moving documentary I've ever seen.

To save the trouble, I have uploaded all six parts here from youtube. I can't really decide who is my racing hero, but I know having read and watched a lot of races that Jim Clark took part in, I admire the fact he was a racing genius. Thats why if you look at my signature on the forum, it's a quote he onced said about how much his approach to racing: "I don't drive any faster. I just concentrate harder!"

But anyway, enjoy! Very Happy

If I get chance one day, I would love to go to the Jim Clark Room in his home town of Duns which is basically a museum dedicated to him.
Just thinking back on some of the greatest racing drivers; including Senna, Mansell, Fangio, Stewart, Moss etc, I think Jim Clark produced one of the greatest drives of all time.
You americans will probably say that it'll be his win at the Indy 500 race in 1965. But for me, its the astonishing drive back through the field at the 1967 Italian grand prix. Making up an entire lap on the field after pitting early with a puncture; only to miss out on a win when he ran out of fuel on the last lap is quite something. I don't think even words could describe it.
Don't know if anyone else agrees (probably not).

I got to witness smething rather similar but over a longer period of time than a Grand Prix, the 2008 Petit LeMans with McNish Quite literally doing all the work. But as I have never seen and of Jim's races this is sadly the only comparison i have to put foward with what adrian has posted. But what i really appreciated out of Jim was his diversity to be able to drive anything and win in it!

Just found this video of an interview with the great man himself. I'm guessing it was from 1965 after his famous Indy 500 win:
