GT1 WC Announcement

Hey guys

We have taken the decision to switch the GT1 series from Forza 3 to Shift 2.

Now, I know a number of people have been looking forward to this, but we have taken this decision based on the fact that if we run our series on Shift 2 we could become one of the first championships on the platform. Shift 2 gives us an already set and balanced car list to work with so we do not have the problems we have been facing with the Forza 3 car list. It also gives us the opportunity to tap into a new audience.

I am sorry if anyone feels that this is a bad decision, but the decision has been made. Yes, I am aware that Shift 2 is a completely unknown game, but we feel that we have to give it a chance and we have an opportunity to do great things with the game.

If people still feel strongly about racing GT class cars on Forza 3 via TORA then I suggest that you sign up to the ISCC in the GT2 class.

The rules will be re-written once the game comes out and everybody will be required to re-submit their car choices.

As we have moved the platform to Shift 2 the car selection has changed. Can I please remind everybody who previously signed up for the Forza 3 championship that you have to reapply for the new championship.
