Not sure what goes on over the pond regarding 9/11 but you may want to change the Silverstone race to another date, I'm assuming something big will be happening in the US as it will be 10 years since it all went down.

Just a lot of stuff on television that pisses us off to an extreme.

Trust me I would rather race with you guys than see it or play any kind of game in public. That is a day a lot of Europeans decide to say dumb stuff like "the twin towers are falling" and laughing about it when you join public races or games. The things I would do to those people....

Hmm ok, I just thought you would be doing something. Hell even I have a moments silence on that day but then I have always thought I was born in the wrong nation....I knew the whole US anthem word for word before I had even learnt the English one.

We don't do much, what can you do though? Just an emotional day filled with either anger or sadness. Lot of evil in this world, I try to avoid the television around that day. Just exploiting people, I'll quit here before I get on a tangent.

I think any marks of respect and remembrance will happen first thing in the morning at the time it happened. By 1-3pm it'll be over I would've thought

If anyone wished to run their special paints again for this years event by all means go for it.
I'd imagine by 8pm BST (roughly 3pm Eastern?) any major services etc would be over?

Yeah, I wasn't sure...thought it would be best to ask now rather than a week or so before the race.

ive noticed a wee problem, this and the f1 run on the same night on 12 June

Yep that is correct, You can either race in the new GT3 championship or Race in the F1 series, a majority of the drivers signed up only race in the GT3 but those who dont can choose.

Both meetings will be run side by side.

I will make a guest appearance on the 21st of August.
