Top Gear Challenge anyone?

I am not sure if anybody has tried this or is interested, but I say "why not!".
Top Gear's test track as we know is, in essence a figure eight or "folded dogbone" with the 'X' AT GRADE (meaning - level, not seperated by elevation).
Now, what happens when two cars meet at the 'X'? I'll leave that to your imagination.

What I propose, is a Multi-class Race. F-class and R1. Polar opposites. The field is split 50/50 per class. There are 7 teams, 2 drivers per (14 cars in total and one person to be camera car near the middle for a "Crash-Cam"). Each team has one car in each class. Whichever team can survive ten laps unscathed would obviously be, the winners. Here is a map of the test track for reference:


There are two locations of pure havoc in this course:
1) Wilson and the Follow-Through, which directly cross over one another.
2) Chicago and Bentley, where some cars are going flat-out, and others are slamming on the breaks.
And also the fun of R1 cars weaving through a field of F-class cars in some tight turns.

All cars in F or R1 are allowed, any tunes and modifications to them are okay. It's not about the best car, but surviving in one peice - and there are no pits!
I don't have an exact date, depends on who wants to partake. Low turnout I'll still run it, we can fill the empty slots with AIs, the more cars - the better.

Like there isn't enough carnage in normal, one class, regulated races.

What times work for you? I'll see about setting a time.

Depends on the day. On weekdays I'd want it to be late afternoon (4/5pm EST) but on weekends I'm free any time.

i did this with one of my mates, with 11 AI drivers, we had LMP1, GT1, GT2 and then anpther race we had LMP1, GT2, DTM and V8 supercars, it was carnage after about 4-5 laps, you start to cross over, and everything becomes more interesting, and intense, its really hard to not got hit, especially braking for cicago, but iys soo mcu fun
