It is likely that I will be late for this round too. I'm not backing out, it's a 50-50%.

Re: TORA MSA GT24 Round 2 - Sebring - 20/11/11 - 8pm GMT
Rolled the car within the first 5 laps. Absolutely gutted, I was having such a good race with Dan and Gundam. Tried to continue but with 100% aero damage all around I couldn't keep the car steady through the sweeping curves of Sebring. Really, really annoyed with myself.
Re: TORA MSA GT24 Round 2 - Sebring - 20/11/11 - 8pm GMT
where'd you roll it Richy? can i guess at turn 13/Tower corner? only spot i know of with a tall rumble strip

uhhh you know the section of track before the final long straight? It was just at the start of that section, not sure om the name or number. I did it in testing and was keeping well away from it all the time afterwards, but I was following Dan who was chucking it up on two wheels each lap and unfortuantely I took his line and rolled the boat.

Re: TORA MSA GT24 Round 2 - Sebring - 20/11/11 - 8pm GMT
Yet again a good start wasted with a silly incident later on.
Taking avoiding action ito T15 as Conner braked just abit earlier than I expected saw me drop waaayyy down the order after a brilliant start even by my standards.
Car just understeered way too much and even though the second set of tyres was much better, I just couldn't make up any ground on my team mate despite a fantastic pit stop and out lap which had initially closed the gap down quite a bit.
Another loooong slide and spin through The Kink allowed uncabunca past but I closed the gap in the closing stages and overtook with the slightest of nudges (aided I think by a moments lag from the Merc) into Tower.
Disappointing race on the whole, could have been much better.

@Mark - T14, Bishop. Fast corner + high curb + stiff Merc = Rollover
Re: TORA MSA GT24 Round 2 - Sebring - 20/11/11 - 8pm GMT
Bad luck mate. Saw you lose it later on in the race. There's a VERY fine line between two wheels and a good run through there and two wheels and brown trousers!

Lost the race at turn 14, seemed to hate the M&M SLS, it claimed 2

Re: TORA MSA GT24 Round 2 - Sebring - 20/11/11 - 8pm GMT
Disappointing race all round for ATR really. I couldn't keep up with the leading pack after suffering damage on the first lap. Car just understeered for the entire length of the race. Notherless, I'm really pleased with 5th despite the difficulties.
I can't understand why our Aston is so slow in a straight line. I was running a power build with 597bhp (which handled fine through the bends) and I was still slower in a straight line than the Nissan and the Mercedes. Maybe it's my fault for selecting the wrong car; so I apologise Conner and Matt on that one.
Many congrats to F4H Koenigsegg for taking the victory in the race.

Really nice to see the JRM and Sumo cars.
If I had my way i'd force all teams to run replicas!

Re: TORA MSA GT24 Round 2 - Sebring - 20/11/11 - 8pm GMT
I started off doing a replica for the merc, but because the road car has none of the flair of the GT3 cars it just didn't look right.
