I might give this a try if the time of day is right for me on Saturdays. I'm in the Pacific Time Zone at -8 GMT.
We are discussing this at Team EZT.

I have no problem getting 42.0xx's in the Acura on Indianapolis Speedway. Is there another issue with the Acura?
Will there be a Testing Practice race on next Tuesday, 12/13/2011?

Re: Indy Pro Series - General Discussion
In our recent test sessions we have resolved the issue of drafting Acuras, we are still shaping the cars to be as closely matched as possible. If the Acura is too far ahead we may reduce the tyre width.

Re: Indy Pro Series - General Discussion
Just a quick help in getting the cars closer in lap times.
I took a look at the 4 tunes from ADx Garage and ran them around Indy a few laps.
I would like to suggest that the tire pressures be changed to 32/30 and the ride heights not be lower in the front. Make then equal to the rear or slightly higher in front. These cars have good grip.
I am getting 41.8's and 41.9's in all the cars.
I removed the wide tire widths on the Acura according to ADx's suggestion which slowed the Acura down to high 41.8's to low 41'9. One of my teammates got a 41.6, in the Acura, with the wider tires. I was getting consistant 41.7's
People that use a racing wheel probably will be a tenth or more faster than a controller. No one person drives and reacts the same on the track.
Try out the change in tuning and see how you do.
Team EZT has several racers that are interested in racing this series. At lease 5 people right now and maybe more non team members, as we will check with Team GLR.
Good luck

Re: Indy Pro Series - General Discussion
If we're going to do one, it would be Tuesday night once again.
Nobody showed up on Saturday, may have been my fault not posting soemthign in this forum instead of the EzT one.
The EzT guys have been immensley quick, it may lead to having a re-think of the carlist for the first race season.
Tuesday night, 10 or 11pm depending on attendees.

Re: Indy Pro Series - General Discussion
Hello, just wondering if anyone has tried the tuning tips I suggested to get some faster laps from the cars.
I think the 4 cars are about as equal as they can get with the Acura having Stock Tire width.
The big difference now is each individual racer's driving style and what they are using as a steering device.
Racing wheel, being the easiest and then the controller. I don;t know about the new Microsoft Speed wheel though.

Re: Indy Pro Series - General Discussion
I'm discussing this with a couple of the others, at the moment the only Prototypes on Ovals race to take place is the now annual Wheldon 500 in ARX-02s, the discussions are between a couple of tora members thus far, still early to put anything in this thread, but its looking good

Re: Indy Pro Series - General Discussion
That's odd, drivers were testing the cars, there was enough interest, and then it just stopped...until now I guess.
Regarding the date/time: I won't know if I can race the 500 until I know what the date and time will be. Will it be U.S. Memorial Day Weekend Saturday or Sunday, or another weekend?

Re: Indy Pro Series - General Discussion
i don't know why (seeing i pay out NASCAR all the time) but i really hope an IndyCar championship takes off, in future, we could have it same time as TASCAR but earlier in the year, with TASCAR later in the year,
it would be great fun i recon

Re: Indy Pro Series - General Discussion
SATURDAY SATURDAY SATURDAY
more people can race then (me thinks) and have it before TASCAR, or have TASCAR first, similar to what's happening with GT and ISCC
