did some testing last night and really struggling with the car and the track.Cant get under 1.46's in the Panoz Esperante

well gary, i've found ive been taking tuning for The Hock all wrong. trying low-downforce tunes suck round here, seing i was really trying to set up the car for the long straights (if you count the straight after turn 1 long as well). found this out in the GT meeting there, that chaddy was pretty much using the Silverstone tune where i was using the tune i had built for Indy. results proved that i was tackling it wrong, so last night i tried my ISCC Silverstone tune for the BMW, and felt SOOOOO much better. a few fine tweeks and im sure to be breaking into the 41's..... hopefully, but im definitely far more consistent now

I don't have much aero on mine Mark. The Lambo gets round it nicely. Quite a lot of mechanical grip helps this

I'm guessing that Hockenheim doesn't suit the Lola's (Aston and BMW). It defernately suits the Acura's because the best I could scrape is a 1:27.4xx. But I'm gonna count on my consistency during the race.
