Paint Schemes??

Hey guys, i gotta get a paint scheme that i can put my own number on, if i download it from a users storefront will it be unlocked??

No.

Anything bought from the storefront is locked. So, any design you get from there will prevent you from putting on any TORA vinyls.

You will either have to message the person that made the design and arrange to buy it unlocked, get someone else to design it for you (there are some pretty good painters here), or you will have to put a little love into it and do it yourself.
