Have you been spying on my starts again Tubbi?!?? All I can say is that the Clubman is a) a fast starter and b) gets a huuuuuge boost when the turbo kicks in just before the braking point for turn 1 (obviously not a problem after lap 1 as it kicks in much earlier in the straight), so I pity anyone that qualifies on the row ahead of me (if anyone does.....ok it's fairly likely someone will).

But with a rolling start it will kick in sooner no doubt

True, but as Jamie suggested, the turbo would already be spun up so I wouldn't get that crazy boost right on the braking point that I would from a standing start. Instead I'll be staring at the ever shrinking dots in my mirror! Razz

R!CARDOUK is a reserve driver for No Fear Racing, incase like last time Pebb was unable to take part. The main line up is Me, GTR and Pebb. If one of us three are unable to make it then r1cardo will be the reserve, as per the Rules

- Substitute Drivers
For the length of the entire series, a team may make use of substitute driver if a full time driver cannot make a meeting. This substitute driver is eligible to score points for the drivers championship, and towards the point for the team they are driving for that meeting. A team has a maximum of 2 substitutes per season. Any further substitutes, and the replacement driver will not score points for the team they are driving for. Substitute drivers must be made aware to the series runners before commencing the race meeting itself.

The substitute driver can come from an existing team, privateer, or any other friend. A substitute driver may only score points for the team they are driving for in any particular race, and must remain in a single car/team for an entire race meeting.

But while he is not a reserve he will be a privateer, I do know he can only do it twice in the season
