Championships
==========
Only Drivers Championship awarded, though teams may exist at own pleasure.

Race Meeting Format
=============
Qualifying : 1 Warm-Up, 6 Timed, 1 Slow-down
Races: 1 race each meeting, 30 minutes long
Rollin Start
No mandatory pitstops

Damage -> Cosmetic
Banned STM and ABS, all others allowed.

being new to TORA id like to get involved with some mini series but I dont know where to start, with that being said maybe it would be beneficial to practice with someone who already knows what is going on here and can give me some advice where to start. Also i believe BST 5 hours ahead of EST so that would be like...3PM EST, I am In for now but i will let you know if something comes up.
