It is absolutely crucial that if you make a change to your team, that you do not simply edit your original post. We will not read through every post checking to see if someone has made a change. You must re-post with an updated entry. There have been several instances of people changing their team line-up by editing their original post and not notifying us in any other way.

Please have a little consideration for us guys, there's a lot of organisation being done by a very small number of people including myself, and we're absolutely rushed off our feet. This kind of thing is just making our lives hell at the moment, and it's supposed to be a source of fun for us (as well as everyone else). Personally, I've literally been working 16 hour days for the last 2 weeks - 8 hours in my paid "real job" and 8 hours on TORA organisation/spotters guide creation/chasing people for paints and info etc etc. And once the Le Mans race is over, the GTs are only 2 weeks away so I'll be straight onto that.

Driver Entry is officially closed. We are working to make sure we get everyone in for Le Mans however there are numerous teams who have got drivers in their teams that are not signed up to the Forums so we are struggling to find people.

Also, can people now stop making changes to their teams. We need to make this slick so having to check on changes all the time is going to cause us issues.

Crap Dave my dumbass has screwed up.. For some odd reason I had thought this whole time that my stints were going to be on Sunday.. I thought the race was starting Sunday LOL.. And I already promised my friend, that will be my girlfriend tomorrow, that I would take her too dinner and such ! So may I please switch my stints too any of the Sunday ones please! Sorry about it mate :/

I am not sure pal as all the stint entries are closed. If the organisers are ok and the rest of the team are ok then I'm ok. But I am not sure if they will let anymore amendments take place.

Stint wise I do not have a problem with switching as long as we know in advance.

Also as a note, it is recommended that you all have back up stint drivers incase there are connection issues.

Ok, officially all entries and stints are now closed.

We have had to remove a few teams from the entry, as they have either not filled in all the correct information, given us stints that they will be racing in, they haven't qualified or caused issues and were dangerous on the track.

The Live timing is now updated with who will be in the two lobbies, and lobby hosts will be in yellow.

This is final and if your name is not on the list then do not expect an invite or turn up to race.

Out of curiousity, why is the TORA Charity Team in the Lobby B? We qualified 4th in GT. So shouldn't we be in Lobby A?

Just a quick question, will it be in the actual Live Timing section of the website, or just on the main page?

Reason i ask is that it's still the Mugello TCC results in the Live Timing at the moment.

Lobby Hosts are needed for B lobby from Staff hence why car is in B lobby, also quail potions don't matter remember total distance over 24 hours Smile

just easier for us to manage the lobby's this way

Would have been more fun for me to race against cars that are around my pace (with all respect to the others). But it's fine, it's about total distance anyway.
