Be Forewarned!

If the TORA staff and Stwards are not aware of your driving experience we will require you to start in GTC (more spaces will be alloted if need be) for a minumum of 3 races. Once you have completed those races you may send in an application to AudiSport Louis to move up in class. Your application will then be reviewed by all staff and stewards and an un-biased decision will be made. If you are a danger to drivers in the GTC class, you may be asked to improve your driving skills before returning to competition in the ISCC. (You will have to do this for every class you wish to move up.)

And I also need "xx Claim xx" to sign up to TORA and get a race number, unless this is just an open slot (in which case it would've been easier just to leave the 3rd spot open instead of making me confused ).

Is there like a waiting list in case a team switches cars or drops out?
And in case you need it I'm #275

If one of the Porsche teams decides to change cars or retire from the championship, then you can switch to the GTE Porsche, but you would lose all points you were awarded in the GTC car. However this is not done automatically. You will have to re-apply for the GTE Porsche to get it.

Of course you do have the option of running 2 privateers and just sharing tunes if you like. You wouldn't be allowed into the team's championship, obviously, but you would still get to run the car and tune it with someone else.
