8pm GMT - Friday 22nd June 2012.

Race 1 (Sprint) - Random Grid - Standing Start - 6 Laps
Race 2 (Feature) - Reverse of Sprint finish - Rolling Start - ONE Mandatory pit stop - choose between TWO pit windows - Pit Window 1: Lap 3-6, Pit Window 2: Lap 9-12 - 15 Lap race.

No driver aids allowed (including driving line). All the usual racing rules apply. Pit Lane exit is designated as before the Andretti Hairpin.

I'd like to remind everyone that tuning IS allowed, and SIM DAMAGE is on, so I'd advise you all shorten your gearing, as this is quite crucial for the 207's. And mess around with the diff too

I was very lucky to make the race. Glad i did.

That was a lot of fun.

The way the tires came alive towards the end of the longer stint made for some interesting racing.

I came out quiet a bit ahead of Chad after my stop, but because I had cold tyres, he managed to pass me. It wasn't untill the last few laps that I started to reel him in again. Awesome race. Close finish.

Cold tires killed my strategy as I had a couple near-offs on my out lap.

Yeah, it caught me by surprise! Lost me a race win

I was also driving like an idiot in Race 1, cost me a good second or third place finish.

Grr.

Round 1 was a blast, but do we have to wait for Nicky's return for Rd2?
