On the right hand side of the posts, they're is a "Like" icon which you can click if you like the persons post. Once you've done that, your reputation goes up depending on how many people like your posts.
So for example now, your reputation is 2 and I like your post, it'll now go up one to 3.

Ohhh.... I never realised that that's how it worked. I didn't even notice the Like button. Razz
