Stewards Decision - Series: ISCC America | Round 1 | Qualifying Lobby G

Incident involving driver #348 (V12 NiKroX) - Corner Cutting

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision concerning the incident with driver #348 (V12 NiKroX) has been made.

It is the decision of the stewards that all 4 wheels did not go off track during the driver's qualifying lap. No further action shall be taken.

Incident involving FranchittiFan (#4), CoolG84 (#984) and AAR ABEnstein
(#368)

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision has been made;

A verdict of "no action" has been made in regard to CoolG84 (#984) and AAR ABEnstein (#368) as they have been deemed blameless for the incident. However, a verdict of "Qualification Ban for the next race" has been agreed for driver FranchittiFan (#4) as he was deemed wholly responsible for the incident and will now start the next race from the pit lane. Drivers are reminded to be more patient when overtaking slower classes.

Incident involving PpR YT RICE (#71), F4H MIKEM (#50)

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision has been made;

A verdict of "3 Race Warning" has been made in regard to F4H MIKEM for repeated dangerous overtaking of slower classes that forced other drivers to take last second moves to avoid crashes when the ideal thing to do would be to wait till after the corner and overtake on the next straight.

Incident involving AAR ABEnstein #368, Realizd #504

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision has been made;

A verdict of "3 Race Warning" has been made in regard to Realizd #504 for causing damage to the rear end of AAR ABEnstein's car at the beginning of the race by running into the back of him. Drivers are reminded to be more careful when forming the grid and starting the race and leave adequate gaps to the cars in front.

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision has been made;

BG Wumba : no further action.

BG Crunk : 10 place grid penalty for not respecting track limits

BG Lucifer : no further action.

Following Round 5 Lobby D of the TORA ISCC Championship the following incident/s are under investigation by the stewards;

Incident involving:1) CQR Aero #80 and Boycotz aka BG Lucifer#284


Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision has been made;

Boycotz aka BG Lucifer#284 has been issued a 5 place grid penalty at the next ISCC meet for jumping the start and causing a avoidable incident .

DTechPR #554 has been issued a 5 place grid penalty for causing a incident with xToxicEiREx #262 resulting in heavy damage (possible lag issue)
