Re: MSA TORA ISCC America Round 5 Road America- 14th of October 2012
AHHHHH! Qualified good, was running good... and after my first pit, the car got snappy loose out of turn one, on cold tires and i couldn't gather it back in in time before side slamming the tire barrier and flipping back over in to the track.... got it fixed but i was just to mad at myself and frustrated with a mangled car i just had to park it...
This was my track to do good on and i F****D up, good luck guys, especially to my Flying Lizard teammates in GTE! See guys on the next round...

There was some talk in our lobby of someone lagging but I guess it wasn't too bad. Then after the first pit stops I was driving down the front straight by the pit entrance and the GT car that was about 100 ft in front of me had a HUGE lag spike and totaled my car 100% red. Not sure how far I went flying! I drove the wreck round for awhile and made it 73 miles.

Re: MSA TORA ISCC America Round 5 Road America- 14th of October 2012
my race was wrecked......my dad needed help finding the photos drove on the pit straight and went off in the side of the main straight due to a quick look for the photos....... had a bit of aero damage all round so couldn't catch Dtech and 2 GTC cars's.
I was abit annoyed about this but I still did 166miles with damage aero.

Re: MSA TORA ISCC America Round 5 Road America- 14th of October 2012
Bit of a mixed bag this race... after qualifying last in the class, I had no expectations. Got into a good rhythm then ran wide at the carousel(?) while overtaking traffic.
Ended up winning the lobby after Chad and ToxicEire had an incident somewhere, so lucky for me I guess. Otherwise I would have finished about 3,000ft behind both of them.
Also hats off to braindead nl for great traffic management and stuck to the side when needed - first race I believe and if he continues the good work and communication then he'll become a fantastic racer here at TORA.

Re: MSA TORA ISCC America Round 5 Road America- 14th of October 2012
I had, what felt like one of the best races i've had in ISCC-GT in a while. I was able to keep Claim to no more than 1300ft ahead of my Porka. i swear i must have hit some 2:05's, cuz i was able to keep up with him rather well. seemed like once Claim got into his rythmn, i was only losing maybe 50ft a lap.
Great Race ME Claim. congrats on your win dude

Great race, unfortunately F4H Mikem and Bullet both got severely impacted by lag and it made a one horse race in LMP1 in lobby A. Regardless, I still had a lot of fun and holy [Censored] F4H Carrera is fast.

great job to my GTE Lizards! 2nd and 4th great results, WCM Outlaw rather unfortunate as i know how much you were looking foward to this race, but we'll get after it again for the next race and show where that Porsche truely deserves to finish.

i'm finally getting good a qualifying with this car and couldn't quite into a rythm during the race but when i did for a few laps i was making up time lost from the start. i'll get my road america win but sedona and atl being my "home" tracks and i know we can be fast at Indy. I think we may be out on points , which is cool cuz now its all or nothing for the win

Re: MSA TORA ISCC America Round 5 Road America- 14th of October 2012
Testing i was so much faster than in the race but still I am very happy ending 4th.
I 've got my hopes up to beat ATR DAN in the lobby but I had never a change so congrats DAN.
Also congrats Drake for winning the first event for CRA, we will make a statue for you...
Although late with the ending of the race ( around midnight in Europe) I am very glad that we have registred a team for ISCC.
Modafaya had some bad luck when DAN and I went into the pits that my car somehow lagged on the straight( although I was already in the pits....)and he ran into my car ending up with a lot of damage.
So hopefully next time he will also run a good race.
This week GT at atlanta, next week a big challenge for me at sedona....

Indeed. When I had spun my car and you past me I was just focusing way too much on catching you and I kept making little mistakes. The only way to get past was to make my 2nd stop and to start hotlapping like crazy so I could just focus on my own driving... I just kept track of the distance between us at the same points around the track and they went down a bit every lap, so at a certain point I knew for sure that I'd catch you when you'd make your stop. Awesome racing!
Looking forward to next race, specially because Sedona isn't really one of my favorite/faster tracks...

I've noticed an error in live timing. UK II Blackbird isn't in Vodafone BG, he's with us in Marc VDS
