Staff Announcement - 19/12/12
Dear all,
It gives us great pleasure in announcing IRT Trash as Head Steward for TORA and a part of the TORA Staff group.
Trash has shown dedication to TORA through heading up the steward team and making sure the stewarding process works effectively, and also with his dedication over the last few months to the racing side of the organisation. As such we are pleased to welcome him to the TORA Staff and hope you will do the same.
As head steward Trash will be in charge of the stewarding team and will be making sure all track related regulations are followed by our competitors.
Trash also will be a welcomed new set of eyes for how we can strive to continuously improve what we do at TORA. His input will help us create a better racing experience for our community members into the future.
As such, we are still looking for more Community Stewards and Race marshals to help out in TORA. Keep the interest up and we will be making a decision soon regarding this. We are looking forward to 2013 but we know it is going to be pretty busy, so we need your help to make it as successful as possible!
I am sure you will all welcome him as much as we have in his new role on staff,
Duncan Ray and Richard Millard

Many congratulations Trash. Very well deserved after all of the effort and commitment you've shown to the staff as well as the community.
Well, I will ask for a FR.....I think we will speak a lot in 2013.....
Nice work , Trash.
Nice work , Trash.
Ooooooo, stewards have a tough time on tora sometimes, beware of the politics and agenda's.
Well done and congratulations.
Well done and congratulations.
The stewarding and marshalling process sets us apart from the competition and aligns us even more closely to real racing.
Anything we can do to make competitors appreciate what it is to participate in real championships is a bonus.
Trash is absolutely the right choice for this position and I look forward to working with him on a number of projects in the future

Not sure if this is the place for this but, can we have the tora website put onto as many paints as possible throughout the events.
Generating interest with new guys is always a battle, if videos are released to youtube with close racing and the website on the cars it'l bring in new blood.
Anyone else who can think of ways to get tora to be a megasite, stick it up and lets go for it.
How about something like sending everyone on your friends list the website with a small quote or something, lets make trash earn his money
