Re: TCC Soon
I'm very much a dedicated RWD man myself, so I'm looking forward to this season

Re: TCC Soon
I'm actually very curious to the carlist. I don't see how mixing the drivelines will work on Forza, but at the same time I can't drive a FWD car to save my life. Hopefully I can make some NATCC races this season, and hopefully it's with something RWD (and Mazda, if at all possible ).

It did work in testing, RWD and FWD will be fine
Want to ask
CQR, BG, F4H, VVV & other etc go ahead sure there feed back would be the same
testing team was by far the most comprehensiveness testing we have carried out and will work to the testing format

Re: TCC Soon
Just to back up what Chaddy and Duncan have said, we have spent many week testing and racing these cars against each other involving a very large number of club racers who have generated great feedback. The cars are brilliant, I was very worried that the power we had in the cars would be too much but only a few FWD cars have struggled - but they are by no means terrible. There is a great balance between FWD and RWD, so much so that some cars have advantages in certain places whilst other have advantages else where.
In the 5 years I have been doing this I have never been more excited for a series to start.

Re: TCC Soon
As a testing team chief I can validate that many many many many hours have gone into the testing and shaping of this series.
Again without letting anything new slide ALL.of the cars are very close in times ran on different tracks.
it's a good mix with a firm grasp of fairness and diversity thrown in.
Questions are welcome.

Loved 2012 TCC, hated BTCC on another site.
Change is great when something sucks and it gets changed into something good, otherwise change is a bad idea.
I'm pretty sure which the 'other site' was Mikey - trust me when I tell you this will be far better
Sometimes change is required to move forward, to improve something that's already good. If no-one ever strived for something better we'd all still live in caves

If we didn't like change.

Re: TCC Soon
I want to lead off with a public apology for my outburst last night. I let personal and financial stresses get the best of me and vented here. There is no valid excuse for that and I am terribly sorry and a bit embarrassed over that.
As far as my resistance to change, blame NASCAR I raced in a class that boasted 50 plus cars a week at my local track... then Brian France paid us a visit and whined about our cars being too old and outdated (64-72 Chevelles, 70s Camaros and the like... Muscle Cars) So they updated to fibreglass versions of Cup bodies which escallated costs and made the cars aerodependent, less unique, and fragile. Within one season the count drooped to 15-18 cars. All because of one change
So ever since, when I find something I love, I wish it to stay as it is forever... and that never seems to happen.

It's okay, I would like to see the Neanderthal 500 though. Bunch of dudes looking like cave men running around on foot grunting and whapping each other over the head.
