TORA GT Series Lobby C Short Write up

Hello all and welcome to my first series write up,
Welcome to the first race event of the year From TORA the MSA TORA GT World Championship With a lot of big names entering this Series nobody has a clue on where there’s going to finish this year, there’s a lot of big team names entering Such has VVV CQR IRT FMS ONR so as you can see there are some big guns in the series,

First Race
The First race is a Endurance race at Sunset full, first of was the Qualifying we had a 20 minute session, 15 minutes to try and get your best lap and the last 5 minutes to sort all the times out, now Qualifying
8 O’Clock has just come and its now race start so we are waiting in the lobby all looking at our competition and thinking this is going to be a great Race, 10 GT3 Cars and 3 GT4 cars, the race is about to start so we are all cruising around the track getting into position for the rolling start.



And we are off FMS L Hamilton Currently in 6th he ran a bit wide on the first corner but kept his current position and he is currently sitting on the back bumper of XPR Soundwave who was Driving the Mercedes SLS and he did a great job in that car, Hamilton gets passed on the end of the 1st lap by IRT Gillard in the Aston Martin he had great top end speed Hamilton was sitting on his bumper for the first 2 corners and glanced the wall on the entrance into the infield, for a good few laps he sat chasing down the Front Pack and was doing well, He wasn’t pulling away or losing any distance to IRT Gillard But Gillard was also Attacking, trying to get pass XPR Soundwave, but mr Soundwave was hugging his lines perfect, he’s managing to hold all his lines and keep on the attack after CQR AERO, within the big battle we are all pushing to Catch 3rd place man IRT DarthMario Aka Super Mario we spent a good 5-10 minutes chasing Mario down we was all catching him at a good pace in the Infield Section but he had some Good legs in the Outer Section.



So we are 15 Minutes into the race and we are closing in on our 1st set of Stops CQR Aero is giving IRT DarthMario a lot of pressure in the Infield Section, he is all over the back of him and waiting for Mario to make a mistake, but with the excellent driving from everybody, there’s not been that many mistakes made by anybody, Just as we are all coming up to the 1st GT4 car IRT Gillard made a good pass on XPR Soundwave, and while that happened Mario and Aero and still at it attacking and defending, but as Aero sits on the back into the infield section coming through the kink he runs a bit wide and takes a bit of paint of his nice Aston Martin from Glancing the wall.
FMS L Hamilton decided to pit about 17 minutes into the race as he wasn’t feeling comfy on the tyres he was on, after sitting behind the Competition for a while he wanted a set of new tyres to start his attack again, about 2 laps later CQR Aero pitted So Hamilton Can see Aero in his grasps and sets out to go and get him, while the rest at the front get ready for the Pits and to see where they come out against the rest of the field, CQR Aero Jumps both IRT Gillard And XPR Soundwave while Hamilton Jumps XPR Soundwave in the pits, so yet again we are all Chasing Down Mario but have noticed that 1st and 2nd are only just up the road from us, so we are all pushing like crazy and XPR Soundwave manages to get a run on Hamilton on the Long Straight and passes Hamilton pretty easy, so Hamilton sets out about regaining his position and is all over the back of Sound wave, but Soundwave is also on the back of Gillard But coming towards the bankment Both Soundwave and Hamilton squeeze passed, But coming halfway around the bankment Hamilton is repassed very easy by Gillard,



The racing is picking up and becoming very Exciting and Intense knowing a single mistake from anybody can cost them their position and could wreck there strategy, yet we are all still pushing and Hamilton once again Overtakes IRT Gillard but as that overtake just Happens both Soundwave And Aero make a mistake which Hamilton & Gillard both take advantage off,



Now Hamilton & Gillard set off after Mario BlueJabber and BG Cowboy Hamilton has been struggling so much down the Straight but has looked 1 of the quickest in the infield section has the Lambo has so much Grip he can brake so much later, mr Mario has managed to get past both BlueJabber and Cowboy after 25 minutes into the race, and Now Hamilton has a run at his team mate, but his team mate didn’t really help him out and made him battle for the position in doing so, Hamilton got a bad run into the bankment and gets passed by Gillard……
That is all Unfortunately lads reply ends just after 30 minutes, there was an amazing battle for the rest of the night, results below

I miss your write-ups Deuce - they were awesome
