TORA Rally Raid - Carlist

Carlist

The car setups are in the spoilers below. Drivers must adhere to these given setups. Drivers will be given a time penalty if they fail to do so.

NOTE: The setups for the T2 RallyCross championship are exactly the same, but with Race upgrades instead of Rally upgrades.

Please make sure to install the free preview car of each car pack, without doing so will result in the DLC cars being shown as a "Null Car" (A solid black BMW M3). These SUVs are considerably larger than the M3, and so the collision box is larger than what is visible. If a collision occurs because you could only see the M3, you may be held responsible!

This is essentially a test series for the TORA Rally later this year that would use the WRC cars

This doesn't help my decision process at all lol. I will have to build each car and choose after lol.

They're all very similar. Being off-road means that the cars handle in similar ways, it's just the way they shift that's different. The heavier cars feel more "brutey" and have more power (ie the Hummer and Raptor).

Also, you have to consider the size of these things too... The Escalade is easily the longest there. Watch the video and see the Escalade drift through the bridge exit... That's a tight squeeze

I know but between the two Jeeps it's essentially Ying and Yang.

I just don't know whether to go Ying or Yang lol

Car update!

The 2012 Mercedes-Benz G65 AMG coming in the March Meguiar's car pack will most likely be included in the car list, so long as it is A-508 or below

The G65 AMG is much more road-orientated than the other SUVs in the game, with lower profile tyres and stiffer suspension. Although the visual design is well over 30 years old now, the 2012 version sports some 'bling bling' the previous G-Wagons* didn't have.

*Unfortunately, the 'G' in 'G-Wagon' doesn't stand for 'Gangsta', it stands for 'Geländewagen' (German for SUV)

New car added, Merc G65

Unfortunately the Bowler cannot be added to the car list. Stock, the car is mid-A class. With the necessary Rally parts fitted, it comes to S613, which makes it far lighter, faster and have better handling than all the other cars.

Does it work well in the game?

Sort of. Very nimble, but it doesn't have much grip surprisingly. I assume that's because of it's rediculous 20-odd inch rims

Ouch. That's kind of painful. I'd assume it's a rocketship off the corners, though, right? Basically, the best car for rallying in public hoppers, based on that.

Can we add the Bowler to the list?
