Just a thought

As a race marshal who will be a regular in TCC and NATCC, as well as a host of smaller series, I have a suggestion:

To minimize distance related connection issues, how about I and perhaps another American marshal if numbers warrant, host a lobby of mainly those from the Western Hemisphere? This would include Americans, Canadians, Puerto Ricans, Brazilians, etc. It seems that the Atlantic Ocean would be a major hurdle for connection, and having the lobby full of one side of the pond or the other may help expedite the qualifying lobby connection time.

I am unsure of just how many TCC racers there are on this side of the big pond, but if there are enough to fill a Q lobby, it might be something to think about.
