Looking for team when adding a driver is appropriate

I realize that all 150 spots have been filled, but I was wondering if a team would mind keeping me in mind when the time is right to add a driver to their team. Production car racing isn't a strong point of mine, but I would like to have something to do when I get home from school on a Tuesday afternoon (that is, if me getting online 10 minutes before race start will be acceptable).
