Saw you come back online and my heart sunk man
Also meant I needed to push to get as many points for the team as I wasn't expecting to be a scoring car tonight.
Bad luck mate
Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 1 full)
I had two problems. A Black BORA, I touched the car in a imaginary wall, sorry about that. And hard to pass Corvettes, they were changing trajectories all the time and they werent letting me pass.... Still a good race.

Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 1 full)
Happy with my run tonight! Not my best time in quali or start but a good pit strategy and some good pace got me through!! Everyone in B lobby was spot on! No issues as far as i know, brilliant tactical racing!
Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 1 full)
B lobby was the best endurance race I've been in on TORA to date. No contact with anyone, only damage I got was 3% on my left rear spring from the bumps at turn 17.
Pitting on the first lap and the penultimate lap seems to be the perfect strategy for running in clean air all race.

Top tip for yourself and anyone else in the same situation:
Download the free car from each car pack and your BORAs will all disappear (unless they're Porsches, then you're pretty much screwed without buying that pack)!!
Aside from my "hairy moment" (sorry hunty!!), I was really pleased with my traffic management, and generally F lobby was F for FUN racing. Thanks guys!
Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 1 full)
I downloaded all free ones (I like free stuff ). But I don´t have the Porsche Pack as I find it to expensive and I do not like the manufacturer that much to justify the purchase. Next time I will be a little more carefull.

All in all had a pretty enjoyable debut in TORA today. Was amazed that I was able to qualify in lobby C in my first race and had an epic fight with LMR BlackHawk throughout the entire race had a bit of a bump at the hairpin but clung on to finish 5th just 12ft behind the jammy git LOL maybe could have scraped 3rd if the car wasn't so broken! Congrats to my team mates coming home in 2nd and 3rd in lobby D, good job boys!

Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 1 full)
Hello!
Not trying to start anything, but an honest question. I was looking at the standings from today's race, and at least the ones from my lobby (F) are not making sense.
If memory serves right, the finishing places for GT were Hunty, MrRaZzT, Me, Corey CC97, then martinaston; however, the Sebring standings spreadsheet has that all jumbled up. Are there some additives/penalties I am missing?
Great race in F lobby today btw!
Thanks and sorry if I am looking at the results prematurely.
Thanks,
Derek

Everytime I overtaked a Gallardo I kept asking myself..... is it the UPS one? I love your paint man, looks fantastic. Also, nice driving, I´ve just seen the replay.

Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 1 full)
very nice race in lobby B.Good communication, there were some scary moments, but overall real good.
First time I beat Dan ( without damage, lag out etc). Too bad about Claim, could have been a great fight.
The new system with the distances is great, I think. Only question I have about it is, how will you calculate the difference in starting time after the warm up lap and the 4 seconds difference from the lobbies?

I thought D lobby was very well run and I thought the standard of driving was excellent. Had zero issues with any other cars......despite being 4 deep at some points.

Yes the driving was very good and clean apart from one driver who cause a couple of accidents but other than that was good
Reminder to the LMP1 and LMPC drivers read the rules please very carefully with regards to passing

It's a shame that the Sebring thread had to be locked due to all the ranting as it prevents the rest of us from commenting about how epic last nights race was.
It was completely flawless in Lobby B without any crashes or miscommunications. In fact, it was completely spot on. I think folks need to look at the footage from lobby B to showcase how to drive in the ISCC.
All credit to everyone and thank you for making it such a pleasure to race last night.

Results aren't in yet matey, the provisional ones are up.............but they look very wrong. It must take ages to work out with so many cars running, we just gotta be patient.

Re: MSA TORA ISCC Season 5 - General Discussion (part 1 full)
Aero's got to work his magic and it should be done
My race last night was a bit tragic. Got a poor Q time after I span on the third lap. Then in the race I got rear-ended on the second corner and got 100% rear damage which ruined my race, with my car sliding everywhere. Had to stop about halfway through the race.
