Anyone able to send me a 2nd invite i cannot back out of the game menu so its difficult for me to get into lobbies only by inital invite.

Ive backed out of this round. My car needs sorting out. Due to last min noticeing no being able to run the #5 civic i had to pit a quick tune on the car etc n its just not setup right for me and its useless. So ill see u all at the nxt round

can I ask the A lobby guys what they thought about the race start procedure last night?

We done as a safety car style start, everyone was in position before last sector, pole sitter powered out of last corner as if the safety car had gone in and everyone followed with no overtaking before the line.

Both races started incident free (other than Hayden doing a little rally driving lol) so want to know if you think this would be the best way to start races to overcome the current lobby issues.

In the current situation with lobby chat issues and being DC'd for sitting on the grid it seemed the best option. Nobody needs to hear the time to go on, all they need to know is what position they are in. Personally i would like to see it stay that way until the issues are sorted. Yeah you cant really beat people off the line with a good start but there are plenty of laps for overtaking.

It's not my favourite way to start a race but it's the best option considering the current limitations with the game

Have to say it worked a treat, obviously it got a little bunched because of the slower pace(short track less time to get in position) but incident free at least.

I think it works well with the chat limitations. However, quite a few people didn't realise we had gone to a rolling start last night as they couldn't hear! Might be worth writing a rolling start procedure and make sure everyone reads it so that everyone knows what to expect even if comms are not working.

It seems the easiest option until T10 can give us option to disable auto kick. Maybe bring a lag out rule in for under 10% distance as last night we lost 4 or 5 in race 2 but no one knew what to do as race had started and a few laps completed.

Thanks for the feedback guys. We are, as ever, in communication with T10 to help them understand the issues arising and how we can get them sorted.

We'll get the 'safety car start' written in before Lime Rock. I think it's the safest and fairest way to go.
