I don't think there should be a cut off date until a week before the first race. As Ians aid whats gonna happen if after the cut off date the pi is changed? A lot of people may want to switch but they won't get to as they have apparently been confirmed in anotehr car that they picked before a pi shuffle.

Pick the 2 cars that you WANT to race in.

After the media & test day, we will take a view of the times set. If there are any obvious discrepancies with what is expected, cars may be moved between the two specs, and the two specs only.

Do not pick cars on the basis that you think you have found an 'exploit' as we will exercise Article 1.1.1b*.

Some cars are always going to be quicker than others, and some drivers are always going to be quicker than others. Its our job in the application process to make sure that that drivers and cars are matched up correctly, to ensure the highest level of competition.

So there will be no scope to add (or take off) 10 pi to car? Just moved between 650 and 670.

For example, say i pick the Porka GT3 RS, and it is found that is it runing alot slower than the other cars at 650....would there be no allowance to move it up to 660 rather than 670, cos it will be faster than most cars at 670 as we found out but even at 660....if you get my drift....

I am sure there will be people happy to run an "offical test" on sunday night or saturday night. please look at this discuisson could go on for a long ttime untill we do somthing about it!!

No it'll go on a long time if people don't just get on with it!!!!
Surely you understand we cannot possibly leave it THAT late to close off applications?!?!?! With all the media stuff that goes into presenting the series etc there is too much work to allow for people fannying about right up to the last minute.
The decision stands (as it has EVERY time I have been asked this) IF some additional equalisation needs to be done at alater date it will be. It will not happen now nor during unofficial testing. There simply is not the scope to do EVERYTHING in the space of less than a week. Just be said that if any additional measures need taking. Teams shouldn't expect to see huge changes made to their cars particularly as it is only likely to effect a single team (who by all accounts will be happy with ay changes we make. I still to this day do not get why the 'big' teams continue to complain when most likely they will run away wth the races regardless.

I think I'll be more than happy to go with that.

At some point, you just have to shut up and get on with it. Otherwise, you end up taking longer to get a fair playing field, tha it would be to have just ran the whole season through. I would say that this is the most equal car list we have ran since I joined, season2!!!

Sorry, but in my opinion nailing the fundamentals of an online racing series so that all competitors have an enjoyable time, excellent, close and competitive racing should take a lot more priority then making a website and have an online radio show mention us. A cut off date of basically two whole months before the start of the series is a bit of a joke, especially if you guys are already thinking of changing the PI after the cut off point when people cannot change cars to the one they want to drive for half a year. Official testing should be carried out as much as possible to find the best PI that this series should run at.

This is just going in circles and wasting everyone's time.
