Regulation Clarification

@ its troff - the numberboxes are available from my storefront only. For team mates, I suggest adding a template for them to put the boxes over.

The window banner on my storefront is optional for people don't want to make their own.

We have changed to a set number of laps to make sure everyone is put on a level playing field.

Where are the regulations for the specs of the cars. I have tried looking but can't seem to find an actual thread saying what PI etc - Any help for a Noob who can't find his way around?
