SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED Legends and Speedhunters DLC Packs are coming to PC players around the world at no charge!

Beginning June 30th, the DLC packs will be available to download, for free, from Origin.com.

wow, trying to build bridges or something!! Hope this also means the patch will be available sometime today for the Xbox360!!

I might be more interested if EA gave SMS as long as they want to create and polish off the coding. But just like any other EA release, they want it all done, polished off and in the shops asap, even if the game isn't finished.

I'm not getting my hopes up for a sim when EA know full well that the market for sim's on colsoles isn't that big, so they'll just make a more 'user friendly' engine. Take the first Shift for example, SMS apparently created a great code for it (Or took it straight from GTR2) and EA changed it.

I still think it's a great game and will continue to play it. It is extremely annoying online, but so far we have had a pretty good season with it and I look forward to running more.

Much as the remaining online instability annoys me, I have to agree with you. It is a great game and I'll stick with it for now. That's also the reason why I'm not gonna just lay down and accept the lack of a new patch.

erm, not managed to trade it in yet, so stuck this in for a giggle and was faced with an update!!!! anyone any ideas on what this does?

its different! I'm getting understeer!! FFB is weaker for me now. Still need speed sensitivity set to 80%. Can now assign manual clutch to MS wheel which I couldn't before! Not tried online yet however

anyone with this still and an MS wheel try this:

Difficulty = hard
Handling Mode = Elite
All assists = No

scrap the above...using default settings absolutely no problems now!! Enjoyable again ;O)
