Post exactly what is happening and i will help. you are running against my teammates so i can't really grab the tune and do it but i can give advice and get you in the right direction.

On throttle or off?
Corner entry, mid corner, or on corner exit?
Is it snap over steer? That's the back end losing total grip and flying around like it was hit.
The over steer is a gradual push around the front?
Corner RPM's on tight corners?
What corners for over steer? First corner and last corner or the transition corners at the top of the hill(2-5)? The off camber turn (turn 6)

Under steer on tight turns could be a lot of things. It's likely your gearbox is the issue and the car is running too low of an RPM to turn and stay in. Could be too low of a differential decel.

Over steer on turns like the first and last are likely not enough rear aero (I would encourage maxing it for Mugello), too high of a differential accel setting, or too stiff of a rear roll bar.

The transition corners? If so its problems with either your bump or rebound.
Bump
More front = more under steer
More rear = more over steer
Less front = less under steer
Less rear = less over steer
Rebound
Exactly the opposite.

On the tuning front, if you're struggling, someone in the community may be able to help (not me I'm afraid as I have no time even for my own setup, but someone may be able to put a basic setup on which you can tweak).

It's a great idea Chris and it has definetly crossed our minds and actually I was designated as team leader, but to be honest, I'm crap at being a team manager but Adrian is a great help and we have been testing as much as possible. And I dont really want to rebrand it, because its in Dans name and its his team so we will leave it until he says anything but for the remainder of ISCC, it will remain Austins Motorsports and we will be the drivers. Hopefully we'll find another driver to help us through. As for tuning, Adrian has a few setups for a few tracks and I think probably the best way to go forward with that is to use them as bases then go out on track and tweak it. Worst case scenario, we will probably ask for help from the community. But we shall go into Mugello with confidence and try our very best to keep the team where it is.

and that is what you have to do so great job on you guys to keep your heads up! as for team management, why can't you both do that? Richy and Ian do it with their team and there is certainly nothing that sais you guys can't do the same.

Yeah I know, and actually (I forgot to mention this) me and Adrian are both team leaders but I was in charge myself for a bit but I know I'm crap at being a team leader so Adrian is a great help.

If I get an idea I will run it past John and he'll approve it or not. Its worked ok so far.

No sarcasm man.....I did not want to go at all. She makes me mow, clean, and all kinds of crap. She also get sh-faced on home made wine and gets crazier than she already is. On top of that it costs me a load of money and she is old school and hates running the AC unless its 100. That doesn't even include the little annoying cousins I have to deal with and I love children but dang!

i understand not everything runs smoothly and some people have problems connecting.

i will be on early for practice laps and will be ready to go. if you think you will be having connection issues, please try to test your connection and make sure you can connect to lobbies. again, i understand that XBL can be fickle with peoples connections, but if we can work out kinks early, everyone will benefit.

I'm now OUT for tomorrow. Boston's road conditions ko'ed my inside mirror and more worried about gettiing it fixed then trying to make this race. I for sure will be at the next race though
