I dont know if its the car or just me but i think the Mclaren is to slow. but i can take the Corvette and run 7:34.9xx with just the parts on it with out tuning.

I know what you mean. The McLaren is a bit of a pig down the straights but has massive mechanical grip. Knock off almost all the downforce and really push it in the corners and you should be around 7:32.

I will try lowering the downforce some more but as if now i only have 157Front and 276Rear.

First time I've played Forza in nearly two months. I am WAY off the pace of Takumi with an 8:41 in 4 laps. Looks like I need to practice this week to knock about 7-8 seconds off.

Same here, I was about 4 seconds slower than my best times, I was making silly mistakes which dirtied the lap, so that got me worried. Luckily the last lap was clean but slower than what I've been doing.

It didnt help a guy rolled it right in front of me which which made me tense up a but more affraid

On my fastest qualifying lap I almost rolled it off a kerb during the fast section near the end, must've spent almost 2 seconds at a 45 degree angle. Shocked

Down to a 37 after about 20 laps today and some tune tweaking. Four seconds in one day, I hope I can continue at that pace tomorrow and get to where I want to be.

I get that nose dug in too hard quite often and drift. I think some of the problem is honestly building bad habits when I played Horizon. I still find myself entering corners like I would on dirt and sliding.

Don't worry about it, I'm managing an equally embarrassing 7:56:*** round the ring with the McLaren and I think it's top end too.
