In my view not all of the tracks can use every gear, mainly because some cars get to their higher gears then others. Also some straights and corners will not allow some cars to reach their highest gear.

i'm usless at tuning so i tend to just run with 5 gears anyway, in the BTCC however its usually 4...as marchie taught me Wink

be amazing if anyone could use just 1 gear like Schumacher in Spain 1994 nd still lap just 2 tenths off the pace.
