No, if you read my post with those settings, the numbers are from a tuning calculator I use. It doesn't take into account of what type of transmission I have. It will always show gearing for a race transmission. Just ignore it since we cannot run race tranny's anyways.

Have you got a link to that tuning calculator, sounds like it could be very handy to get a decent base setup to work from?

There are two of them. One us a paid version which costs $5 U.S. that includes everything. The other is free and does not include any DLC or unicorn cars.
