I think Myles must be getting the Xbox 1 (2002) model confused with the new Xbox One which has 8x more power and 16x more memory than the PS3...

Allot of that is being taken up maintaining background or "Second Screen" applications, it's still quite abit more though, also did anyone else hear race commentary during the Forza presentation, race commentary would be an interesting feature but I don't know how it would work?

Incorrect. X1 has 5GB memory purely for running games, 3GB is reserved for system functions and the OS itself. PS3 has just 256MB of available system memory for running games, so X1 actually has 20 times more memory (not 16). Microsoft's business *is* operating systems, they've been building them for 30 years, they know what they're doing...

Lol Myles, don't worry about the numbers - Sony, Microsoft etc have been planning their new consoles for years, so they know how much memory they need, 5GB in the X1 will allow Forza 5 to do so many things that were never possible on 360

Anyone else think having a GT6 presence might be a good idea until enough folks have the new XB-One.. I think it goes without saying there will be shortages following release, and if FM5 is truly going to be re-written from the ground up, there will have to be updates... Mannny updates...

Mostly marketing BS but still a nice retrospective on the Forza franchise. It does seem that Turn 10 are the lead studio for Xbone, I think we'll be seeing a lot of Forza next Monday.

There were a few tidbits of info revealed in the video, there's an Aston Martin screenshot on the lower left that's not been released yet, and the tech nerd guy confirmed it will be 1080p 60fps as expected

I beg to differ, Developers were at euro gamer and visited the tora stand.
also, japandru a developer from turn 10 on my friends list is a member of tora name not disclosed and keeps tabs on what's happening and feeds this into meetings upon conception stage.
It would of course be nice if some more direct input was to be had and if the tora logo was in the game on a hoarding somewhere but stealthy is the order of the day.

for the record some of the developers at eurogamer were over hard as saying that Microsoft were perhaps being a bit greedy with their locking of games to one profile.
